Life's messed up. The picture of my beautiful cat down below this post was hit by a car last month. I hate the world sometimes. I loved that cat so much. :(

Decaf In Da Hat
I need to talk about my panic attacks - maybe someone will listen and be helped, knowing they aren't alone in the world. I also publish emails here that I send and never get a response to, people ask for help or advice and I pour my heart into it and never get a response, so I feel like it would be good to share the thoughts with others on here.

Lisa here. In 1991 I became a hermit. They didn't really know much about mental health at the time, but I'd been misdiagnosed and later learned that I had panic disorder with agoraphobia. It's good to find out a name to something like that because it validates your feelings for years thinking you must be going nuts. So I'm currently among the asteroid belt that is mid life and am about to move into a camper with my husband and 17 year old wonderful son. And Charlee. And Carl. (Cat. If he decides to show up.)
